The original herd immunity numbers required 60-70 percent of the population to be infected and so as to develop natural immunity.
Vaccinization does not stop transmission.
Original vaccine efficacy was 95+.... Over time, dropping to <60% now and requiring BOOSTERS.
Two weeks: Emergency measures to flatten the curve. Two years and 99%+ survivabilty do not make an emergency.
